Home made Bun

Plain Flour- 1 and 1/2 cups

Warm Water- 1/2 cup

Yeast- 1tbps

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Sugar- 1 tbps

Olive Oil - 1 tbps


In a warm water add yeast , suger, salt and mix it well and keep it aside for 10 min.

Add the yeast water slowly into the flour and knead until you get a smooth dough.

Add oil and knead again and again untill it became really smooth.

Cover the dough with lid and allow to rise for 2 hour.

After 2 hour dough should be double in size.

Now knead the dough again and divide the dough into 8 equal portion.

And make like a ball and place it in baking tray and keep it in the warm place for and another 1 hour.

After a hour the dough should be rised .

Pre heat the oven 350 degree f.

Bake it for 20 min.

Enjoy ur yummy bun.
