Dal Adai


Channa Dal - 1/2Cup
Thoor Dal - 1/2 cup
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
onion - 1 medium
Grated Coconut - 2 tsp
Green Chilies - 2 optional
Red Chilies - 4
Ginger -1"
Salt to Taste
Chopped Coriander - 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves - 8


Soak dals together with rice for 2 hours.
Grind soaked rice and dal with red chilles,salt and ginger.
Heat the oil in pan add mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds then add onion, curry leaves and coconut saute it well.
Add this mixer to the batter mix it well.
Heat the dosa pan and pour some batter and spread in a circular motion.
Spread one spoon of oil around the dosa and cook both sides.
