Chepankelangu Varuval


Chepankelangu - 150gms
Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 table spoons
Salt - As required


Half boil kelangu then remove its skin and slice it.
Add the chilli powder,turmaric powder, coriander powder and salt to it & mix it well

Add the oil in a tawa and fry all the slices till they are crispy.
